Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Pauly grew up with the food culture of New York. He started out as an artist in San Diego with handling pizza as a side job, but now pizza is his main art. He is an expert on the food and quality.
Since joining forces with Pauly to start Pauly's Pizza, Mona has been the forefront of customers' experiences. Customers often remember her friendliness and warmth, and many are on first name basis with her.
